30 Days of Weight Loss Challenge - Day 22

Day Twenty-Two- What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?

Actually, I have yet to hit any major rebound or gaining period since I started losing weight after high school. I’ve remained constant a lot… stuck at one weight for weeks. However I’ve rarely gone through a period where I’ve gained back more than 5lbs. 

Soooooooooooo…. currently I’m actually at my lowest weight:) Actually this morning I just weighed myself and hit a NEW all time low weight of 175 =D !!! So excited:)
